Theory of the Incident
Your ECU team must develop an evidence-based theory of the incident. Remember the importance of applying your analysis of the data you were given and the data you discovered to the construction of your theory.

The first question you must answer is:
-
Was a crime committed?

If a crime was committed, you must develop an evidence-based theory of the crime in which you answer the following questions:
-
Who committed the crime?
-
What was the perpetrator's motive?
-
How was the crime carried out?

If no crime was committed, you must be able to explain the mysterious incident by applying your analytical findings.

Presentation of Findings
Each ECU team must prepare a presentation in which the team presents its laboratory findings, analytical process, and conclusions. The teams' presentation will be shared to the entire ECU on Day 4 of the investigation.
